Below are great mixes that I have tried and work well. The MSM Lotion and Goat Milk Lotion mixes are best for those of you that are just getting started exfoliating and using HQ creams for the first time. MSM {methylsulfonylmethane} is known as a’ beauty mineral’. Because it beautifies skin and makes hair grow faster. It is also a ‘penetration enhancer’ when added to creams, lotions, shampoos, and conditioners. MSM lotion is deep penetration and is the ‘perfect’ lotion to use for diluting your hydroquinone 20% cream.
MSM {methylsulfonylmethane} is an organic sulfur compound that’s naturally derived during the earth’s rain cycle. Sulfur is present in many natural unprocessed foods, but it’s quickly lost during the cooking process. MSM is gaining a lot of attention due to the recent focus on longevity and anti-aging technologies. All of the below mixes yield a 5% hydroquinone cream, 16 ounces by weight. If you’re currently using doses higher than 5%, just increase the content of the HQ20% cream in the recipes below, per the accompanying product instructions.

FYI: For beginners, I suggest using the ‘MSM Lotion’ mix or the ’Goat Milk Lotion’ mix. After 6-8 weeks of following this skin whitening regimen you can start using the other HQ mixes. Like my favorite ’Coconut & Honey’ mix. It really doesn’t matter what mix you decide to use later on, that’s up to you. These recipes for diluting your hydroquinone cream are only suggestions & tips. You can mix your bleaching cream with whatever body lotion you desire, as long as the lotion is a ‘natural’ eco-friendly lotion. The lotion sold at department stores contain harsh preservatives and when mixed with our bleaching cream {that contains citric acid, derived from lemons} will make your HQ mix smell like the harsh chemicals used to clean hospitals. The most important thing is to follow the accompanying hydroquinone skin bleach instructions ‘exactly’ as directed. Exfoliating is the second most important thing. So make sure you’re using Saliclear, to exfoliate your body. And Tretinoin Gel 0.1% to exfoliate your face.

MSM LOTION MIX
This mix is nice and light and absorbs completely. Your skin will start feeling cool and minty about 30 seconds after you apply this cream. This mix feels light and minty which is great during those hot weather months. This mix isn’t moisturizing so you’ll have to apply a moisturizer later on. With all the exfoliating you do, you’ll need to keep your skin moisturized. Use a thin layer Vaseline to moisturize and soften your skin. REMEMBER: Dry skin stimulates the production of more dead skin. Place your kitchen scale on a flat stable surface. Turn the scale on, then hit the ‘tare’ button to zero out the scale. Take the top off your mixing jar then place the jar on the scale. Hit the tare button again to zero out the scale, so that the weight of the jar isn’t counted. Take your bottle of hydroquinone 20% cream and pour it into the mixing jar until the scale reads “4.0 oz”. Now take your ‘Peppermint MSM Lotion’ and pour it into the jar until the scale reads “16 oz”. Take your stick mixer and blend your mixture until it’s smooth and creamy.

MATERIALS

GOAT MILK LOTION MIX
 Place your kitchen scale on a flat stable surface. Turn the scale on, then hit the ‘tare’ button to zero out the scale. Take the top off your mixing jar then place the jar on the scale. Hit the tare button again to zero out the scale, so that the weight of the jar isn’t counted. Take your bottle of hydroquinone 20% cream and pour it into the mixing jar until the scale reads “4.0 oz”. Take your ‘Peppermint MSM Lotion’ and pour it into the jar until the scale reads “6.0 oz”. Now add your goat milk lotion to the jar until the scale reads “16.0 oz”. Use your stick mixer to blend your mixture until it’s smooth and creamy.
 
MATERIALS
  • COCONUT & HONEY MIX
    This is my favorite mix because I get to put raw honey & coconut oil on my skin every day. This mix works best for those that have been exfoliating for at least 6 weeks. Deeply exfoliated skin is much more receptive to luxury ingredients like raw honey and raw coconut oil. Raw coconut oil and raw honey have many skin benefits. The live nutrients in both beautify skin. Honey is also a natural skin lightener {due to its organic hydrogen peroxide content} and will boost skin whitening.
    MATERIALS
    Get a large bowl, put it in the sink. Place the jars of coconut oil and honey in the bowl. Turn on the hot water and let it fill the bowl. Let the hot water run for about 5 minutes or until the coconut oil & honey liquefy. The Honey won’t exactly liquefy but it will turn runny, and have a very pourable consistency. Place your kitchen scale on a flat stable surface. Turn the scale on, then hit the ‘tare’ button to zero out the scale. Take the top off your mixing jar then place the jar on the scale. Hit the tare button again to zero out the scale, so that the weight of the jar isn’t counted.Retrieve your honey and coconut oil from the sink. Take your bottle of hydroquinone 20% cream and pour it into the mixing jar until the scale reads “4.0 oz”. Add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil to the jar, then add 1 tablespoon of honey {Always add the coconut oil first. Because it lubricates the measuring spoon so that the honey doesn’t stick and you can get all of it off}. Now take your ‘Peppermint MSM Lotion’ and pour it into the jar until the scale reads “16.0 oz”. Use your stick mixer to blend your mixture until it’s smooth and creamy.

    WHITENING MILK
     Place your kitchen scale on a flat stable surface. Turn the scale on, then hit the ‘tare’ button to zero out the scale. Place your stick-mixer cup on the scale. Hit the tare button again to zero out the scale, so that the weight of the cup isn’t counted. Take your bottle of hydroquinone 20% cream and pour it into the mixing cup until the scale reads “4.0 oz”. Open your carton of goat milk and pour it into the mixing cup until the scale reads “16.0 oz”. Use your stick mixer to blend your mixture until it’s smooth and creamy. Pour the mixture into a jar or wide-mouth bottle. This mixture needs to be kept refrigerated. It will fill cold when you apply this mixture which is nice and cooling during hot weather months.
