Return Policy

Accessories & Other Non-Perishable Items
You are welcome to return any accessories or non-perishable items for a full refund not including shipping fees. The merchandise must be un-opened, un-used and returned within 5 business days of receipt. I must receive a tracking# for your returned shipment within 5 business days.


Just “Refuse Delivery” when the courier attempts to deliver your package. The USPS courier will automatically reroute the parcel & return it to me. As soon as I receive the returned package I will issue a refund minus the shipping fee.

Perishables/Cosmetic Formulations/Sterile Instruments
For obvious reasons, these type of products cannot be returned.

Damaged Goods
All shipments are insured. So if you have received a package where the contents are damaged please contact me to be issued a refund.

All products listed on are “legally” sold within the USA. It is your responsibility to know if the products you’ve purchased are allowed for import to your country. I’m not liable If a shipment is confiscated & destroyed by your country’s Customs officials. If a shipment is rejected and returned to me, I will refund your money minus the shipping charge. However, if the shipment is detained & destroyed you will not be entitled to a refund.

It is the customers responsibility to read a product’s description, allergy warnings, etc., BEFORE purchasing. It is also the customers responsibility to thoroughly read the instructions & directions that come with each product as well as the information listed on my website to ensure a successful and positive outcome while using my products.
