Shipping Policy


Orders received after business hours are processed the next business day. I receive a lot of orders and I am only one running this business & formulating my products by hand. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive shipping notice. Once your order ships, domestic shipments transit time is about 1-3 business days. When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from with your shipment tracking number. I cannot guarantee when an order will arrive after it is shipped. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by only as an estimate.

Login to your registered account to view shipment status and tracking number{s} before contacting me. If you have no account, use the shipment tracking number that you were emailed by the system and track your package at Every customer receives a shipment notice with tracking number. So please check your spam folder before contacting me claiming you’ve never received a tracking number. After receiving your shipment tracking number, it takes at least 24 hours for to show updated tracking information. takes even longer if the package is shipped on a Friday or Saturday. Until then, you’ll see the “Shipment Not Found” or “Label Printed, USPS waiting to receive” message every time you try to track your shipment. A signature is required for all shipments. It is your responsibility to follow online tracking information to know what day your package is scheduled for delivery.

It is your responsibility to track your package to know when a delivery is scheduled. If you miss that delivery, you’ll have to use you Driver’s License to retrieve your package from your local post office(this is because ALL packages require a signature at delivery) USPS will hold the shipment for 15 days, after that, “return to sender”. I will not be held liable for your mistakes. You will be issued a refund after I receive your returned package. If you want your package re-shipped it will cost a flat fee of $25.


I ship worldwide. Shipping Fees: Shipping charges for your particular country and delivery address, will reflect on the checkout page before submitting payment. All products listed on are “legally” sold within the USA. However, most products you’ve ordered are more than likely banned in your country (Europe/Asia/etc.) This is why DECOY LABELS will be used on the bottles shipped to you. The products shipped will be declared as Shampoo. This is done to make sure your shipment passes customs inspection and to protect the customer (you) from any legal issues due to importing banned products. So please don’t be alarmed if you receive products that are labeled as shampoo or hair product. Product information won’t be shipped with you order, so please download all product instructions from the link you’ll be emailed.

If a shipment is rejected and returned, you will receive a refund minus the shipping charges. However, if the shipment is detained & destroyed you will not be entitled to a refund. International package can sometimes be in transit a long and sometimes appear to have paused transit when viewing the tracking information online. Please don’t badger me about information I don’t have. If you haven’t received your package yet it is still in transit or awaiting Customs Clearance in your country. Customs clearance usually takes a few days, but can take longer if your country’s Customs officials decide to further inspect the shipment contents. Contact your country’s postal service or Customs office with your shipment tracking number for more information. ONCE I SHIP YOUR PACKAGE IT IS IN THE HANDS OF THE COURIER AND YOUR COUNTY’S CUSTOMS OFFICIALS. THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO CAN GIVE YOU DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR SHIPMENT AND EXPLANATION FOR ANY DELAYS.
