PURPLE SEAMOSS IS MORE POTENT
This rare raw wild-crafted purple sea moss is sourced from a family of Vietnamese deep sea divers. Naturally preserved by drying it in the sunlight and overnight in the moonlight to ensure the phytonutrients are properly locked in. Purple sea moss is rich in essential vitamins and minerals to support the body’s metabolic processes, and is packed with life-enhancing sulfur compounds and amino acids. Sea moss in general is classified as a super food because of it’s mineral rich, life enhancing nutrients. This nutrient-dense sea vegetable is a naturally potent source of calcium, magnesium, Iron, B vitamins, amino acids and a whole host of minerals, vitamins and antioxidants. Purple sea moss is a mineral dense cell-food, it isn’t a supplement or a vitamin. It contains 92 minerals out of the 102 needed for the body to function at optimum well-being: CARBON, SULFUR COMPOUNDS, PROTEIN, IODINE, BROMINE, BETA-CAROTENE, CALCIUM, IRON, MAGNESIUM, MANGANESE, PHOSPHORUS, POTASSIUM, SELENIUM, ZINC, PECTIN, B-VITAMINS, AND VITAMIN C, SULFUR CONTAINING AMINO ACIDS, SUCH AS TAURINE,

Although we commonly called it Irish moss or sea moss, this seaweed is scientifically known as Chondrus crispus. For generations, families have thrived on the many benefits this sea vegetable has to offer: nearly 10% protein; 15% mineral matter; and rich iodine and sulfur. Although the yellow Irish sea moss is regularly consumed, sea moss actually grows in a wide range of colors that include: greenish-yellow, red, dark purple, and purplish-brown. Purple & Gold Seamoss are similar in that both are mineral-rich. But purple seamoss is much more potent than any other species of seamoss because it is more densely packed with phytonutrients and some of them not even found in other types of seamoss. Like anthocyanins. Purple seamoss is purple due to the anthocyanin content (but it being densely packed with many potent nutrients contributes to its overall dark color). Anthocyanins are a type of bio-flavanoid, these beneficial plant pigments give dark fruits and vegetables their purple, blue, and dark-red colors.

Anthocyanins Benefits Include:
• Skin Whitening
• Anti-inflammation
• Anti-oxidation (anti-ageing)
• Anti-mutation
• Anti-tumor
• Liver Protection
• Balances Blood Sugar Levels (hypoglycemia)

PURPLE SEA MOSS BENEFITS
Purple sea moss is also higher in Iodine content, which is another very important mineral that is needed to make sure the Thyroid works properly. Sulfur is present in all living tissues, it is the third most abundant mineral in the human body. Purple sea moss has a higher concentration of sulfur making it good for the respiratory system, tissue preservation (anti-aging), and hair growth. Purple sea moss is higher in antioxidants that kill free radicals, and is higher in phytonutrients & anthocyanin which helps reduce the any kind of inflammation that’s associated with cancer growth.

• Whitens Skin
• Anti-inflammatory: removes aches, pains, & redness
• Detoxes Body
• Treats Thyroid Diseases (Graves disease)
• Boosts your body with energy

and topical application
• High mineral includes: b-vitamins, beta-carotene, bromine, calcium,
carbon-iodine, iron, magnesium, manganese, pectin, phosphorus,
potassium, protein, selenium, sulfur compounds, sulfur-containing
amino acids (taurine), vitamin c, and zinc.
• If you are an athlete or someone who engages in heavy physical activity,
the anthocyanin content in purple sea moss reduces inflammation after a
workout. Purple sea moss is also great for connective tissues and joint
health because it helps the mucous membrane throughout the body to stay at balanced levels.
• Sexual Health: Due to the high levels of key minerals that are vital for
reproductive function and health in combination with its anti-inflammatory properties,
sea moss promotes circulation throughout the entire body. Sea moss is fantastic for
both female and male reproductive organs.

PURPLE SEA MOSS COLOR
Purple sea moss varies in color density and depth, this is due to the different amounts of many different minerals randomly deposited throughout one handful of sea moss. The spectrum of colors you will see are purple, black-purple, dark-purple, lavender, with a few dark-beige/brown areas (see photos) There may be color variations but this does not compromise the quality and benefits of this product.

HOW TO PREPARE YOUR PURPLE SEA MOSS
DO NOT BOIL! This kills all the nutrients in this raw sea-vegetable making it useless and not beneficial to you. First wash a glass jar in bleach & soapy water, rinse it very well, add 2 fl.oz of distilled water to the jar then microwave it for 3 minutes to sterilize it. Then wash & clean your seamoss in the kitchen sink (just like collard greens), pick off and discard any stems/pieces you don’t want. After cleaning, in a large container, add the desired amount of purple sea moss that you would like to use and cover it with distilled water. Make sure that the water covers the moss by 2-3 times because the sea moss is going to expand when fully re-hydrated. Allow your purple sea moss to re-hydrate for 6-12 hours. After the time has passed, pour off the water and thoroughly rinse your purple moss (3-4 times) until all the sand/debris/salt has been removed. Put some of your re-hydrated purple sea moss into a blender. Add hot distilled water (no hotter than a cup of tea) until it fills halfway up to the height of your purple sea moss in the blender. Blend into a smooth gel, if the gel is too thick add more water, if it’s too thin add more sea moss. When finished blending, pour your purple sea moss gel into your glass jar.

USING YOUR PURPLE SEA MOSS
Skincare: You can make a gel with your purple sea moss. You can either use this gel directly on your skin as mask, or you add the gel to your preferred skincare products. Eating: You can either make a gel with your purple sea moss, and add that gel to sauces, smoothies, soap, etc. Or you can do it the easier way and just add a few re-hydrated leave of purple sea moss directly to your smoothies (will thicken smoothies). or boiling soaps & sauces (will thicken sauces/soaps). If added to directly to boiling soaps/sauces purple sea moss will liquefy and turn to gel causing the soap stock or sauce to thicken.

SYNERGISTIC SUPPLEMENTS & PURPLE SEA MOSS
Burdock root works with your seamoss to increase potency. Burdock root cleanses the blood and the lymphatic system; is a natural source of insulin; increases the flow of digestion; high in vitamins B1 ,B2 & B3; helps with skin issues like psoriasis and eczema and so much more. Someone who has a sickness, STD, breast cancer, or cancer of the lymph nodes should definitely be taking a daily dose of burdock root or burdock extract. As for skincare, adding Astaxanthin & Royal Jelly to your sea moss gel will intensify potency and will further heal & beautify skin.

STORING YOUR PURPLE SEA MOSS
Dried sea moss can be stored in the freezer for over a (NOT YOUR REFRIGERATOR). Since the salt is a natural preservative, it helps to keep your Irish sea moss good and ready to use. If you make purple sea moss gel, store it in a glass jar in your refrigerator, it will last up to 2 weeks unspoiled.
