Acne, mosquito bites, burns, surgical scars, hives, ant bites, flea bites, scrapes and scratches all cause dark spots and dark marks. Unfortunately, after your skin heals from injury the dark marks/spots that appear are permanent. It may seem hopeless in trying to get rid of these unsightly blemishes, but it can be done. You can bleach scars away. The ONLY way to get rid of dark spots & blemishes is with a hydroquinone based skin whitener, and exfoliation. Use the tools and instructions below to target your dark spots and other dark blemishes. Before you target those specific dark areas, you must prime your skin as instructed below. NOTE: If you’re new to using skin bleach, begin with diluting your skin bleaching cream to 5% HQ.
YOUR FACE
Before you proceed, it is important that you start taking care of your skin to prevent all the dark spots caused by acne. I’ll be writing a complete guide on how to cure acne. When I do I’ll update this post with a link to that post.
First, cleanse your face (If you have acne, use a cleanser made for acne) Then apply your Tretinoin Gel all over your face neck and ears, rub it in well until it absorbs. Now apply your skin bleaching cream. Do this treatment once a day, but only apply the Tretinoin Gel 3-4 times weekly (follow the directions that come with the Tretinoin gel on frequency of use) after about 3 days your skin will start to peel. After the dead skin peels from the areas over your darkspots, you’ll notice that your dark spots are already lighter . Now you can start targeting only your darkspots/hyperpigmentation. Apply skin bleaching cream ONLY to your dark spots/scars/blemishes. Use one of the brushes I recommended in the list above, dip the brush into the skin bleaching cream, then paint it on to your dark spot/scratches/etc, avoiding the surrounding normal skin. For tiny dark spots or small scratches/scars, use a toothpick to apply your bleaching cream to those. For more complicated freckle-like tiny dark spots or very thin dark marks from scratches: You can sharpen a toothpick tip down to be very thin(a razor blade works best for sharpening) and use it to pinpoint very small hyperpigmented areas. Target & treat your blemishes/scars/dark spots/scratches 1-3 times daily, until they have all faded completely and the area lightens to the same skin tone as the surrounding normal skin.
YOUR BODY
After a shower, dry your skin completely. Then apply your Saliclear, rub it in good until it absorbs. Now apply your skin bleaching cream. Do this treatment once a day, minus the Salicear (Follow the Saliclear product instructions for frequency of use) After 3 days, your skin will start flaking & peeling. Start applying your bleaching cream ONLY to your dark spots scars/blemishes/etc. Use your brush, dip it into the skin bleaching cream, then paint it on to your dark spots or scratches, avoiding the surrounding normal skin. Use the same method as outline above for you facial darkspots.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Within the next week you will notice your dark spots have gotten lighter & less unsightly. After about 6 weeks your dark spots should be gone completely (depending on the initial severity of your hyperpigmentation) You skin will peel and flake alot during treatment, read this guide on how to get rid of the dead skin flakes ‘TAPE METHOD: HOW TO REMOVE ALL THOSE PEELING FLAKES’
