This is a unique Mequinol cleanser in bar form. This deep penetrating formula absorbs Mequinol deep into the dermis for semi-permanent skin lightening. You can feel it working! This Mequinol cleansing bar causes semi-permanent skin lightening like the Mequinol 40% Serum, only this MEQ bar is much stronger and needs to be rinsed off after application. Even if this cleansing bar was at ‘40% Mequinol’ it would still be stronger than the MEQ40 Serum because this MEQ bar contains both DMSO and Menthol – two very potent penetration enhancers.

This is a very strong semi-permanent skin bleaching cleansing bar. This MEQ bar is used for boosting skin bleaching results while using Mequinol & Hydroquinone skin bleaching creams/serums, and should only be used by those who are currently using Mequinol or high-dose Hydroquinone bleach. If you’re not currently using either, you WON’T see any results from using this MEQ bar. You’ll more than likely experience rebound darkening and or white speckles. You have been warned! If you’ve just recently started you skin bleaching journey, you need to wait until your skin becomes acclimated to high-dose hydroquinone then you can add this MEQ bar to your regimen.

HOW TO USE THIS NEW MEQ BAR

Application: This Mequinol cleaning bar doesn’t lather, so please don’t be alarmed when it doesn’t produce suds. This Mequinol bar will still cleanse your skin very well, rubbery squeaky clean! First wet your hands/body and the MEQ bar. Rub the bar on your hands/body, you’ll feel a layer of slippery gel release onto your skin. Rub the MEQ bar all over the desired area. Then use a firm wash cloth or soft bristle brush to scrub your body in the shower. If you like, you can use a pair of ‘Exfoliating Bath Gloves‘ but be careful not to scrub too aggressively or this will cause stinging. Let the Mequinol bar gel sit on your skin until you feel the minty tingle start building, or for at least 5 minutes. While it’s sitting, use your hands to massage the gel into your skin. When you’re ready, rinse/wash/rub your hands/body with warm water until your skin feels squeaky clean. After you towel dry, your skin will feel clean & minty. Hands Only: If you only want to wash your hands and use this MEQ bar as a daily hand washing soap, there’s no need to use brushes or sponges. Just rub your hands together as you would if there were lather, then rinse them in the sink.

What to Expect: After your skin completely dries you’ll notice your skin looks a bit different, dry & crepey, sort of like it does after a chemical peel. High dose Mequinol causes the skin to peel, so expect some peeling/flaking to start after 3 days (with only 1 use), and especially if you’re already using Saliclear or Tretinoin Gel 0.10%.

Frequency: For full-body, use this MEQ bar treatment only once daily. For hands, you can use this MEQ bar more frequently, as a daily hand washing cleanser. But please reduce your usage if your hands experience irritation or too much cracking & peeling from over use.

***Instant Skin Whitening Effect: Simply put, If you barely use skin bleach (periodically full-body/ spot treating/ etc.) you won’t experience this at all. But if you’re a hardcore Hydroquinone skin bleach user with freshly exfoliated skin, you’ll see some instant whitening action start right away after rinsing. This instant whitening action will seem to keep going on for some hours. And then, of course, you’ll see more skin whitening after your skin starts peeling. For best results with instant whitening, after cleansing with this MEQ bar: Apply Vitamin-C Type II or Type III as moisturizer; Stay out of the completely out of the sun for the next 48 hours. Even if you’re a hardcore HQ skin bleach user, you need to use this MEQ bar with some restraint upon initial use, to first see how your skin tolerates it. Maybe for the first week, use it every-other day before you start using it every day or several times daily.
