3-O-Ethyl-L-Ascorbic Acid (EAC) or Ethyl Ascorbic Acid, is a stable water and oil soluble derivative of pure vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) that offers all of the primary benefits L-ascorbic acid is known for: skin whitening; wrinkle reduction; visible tightening/ firming; fading hyperpigmentation; removing dark spots/ freckles; Evening Skin tone. EAC is produced by modifying L-ascorbic acid. This modification is done to increase the molecule’s stability and enhance its transport through skin, as pure L-ascorbic acid. EAC is an “etherified” derivative of L-ascorbic acid that consists of L-ascorbic acid and an ethyl group bound to the third carbon position. After absorption, the modifying group is removed and L-ascorbic acid is restored to its natural form. Thus, Ethyl Ascorbic Acid retains the benefits of L-ascorbic acid. This makes EAC a very stable form of Vitamin-C that is soluble in both water and oil.

Niacinamide is a powerful ingredient for both skin repair and skin whitening. Saccharomyces Ferment is a by-product of yeast fermentation and is derived from Saccharomyces cerevisiae, a yeast species used in bread and alcoholic beverages. It contains enzymes and nutrients that have antimicrobial and antifungal properties. It can help neutralize odor-causing bacteria, maintain a healthy skin microbiome, and break down compounds responsible for producing unpleasant odors.

Eucalyptus Essential Oil has strong antimicrobial activity against a broad range of foodborne human pathogens and food spoilage microorganisms. Other properties include antibacterial, antimicrobial, antiseptic, antifungal, antiprotozoal, anti-inflammatory, and antipruritic.

Menthol has very strong antimicrobial properties, in addition to the following properties: antipruritic, topical analgesic, penetration enhancer, cooling / soothing to skin; just to name a few. Menthol also has antioxidant properties, and has been added to further protect the hydroquinone from oxidizing.

USAGE
This underarm bleaching deodorant doesn’t contain any acids or other exfoliants, therefore you must keep your skin exfoliated the same as when you’re using skin bleaching creams or serums. You need to use Saliclear to exfoliate your armpits / body. Don’t apply this deodorant immediately after applying Saliclear, wait until it absorbs or apply Saliclear at a different time during the day. If not, you’ll risk dealing with a loud scent for a while, this will not impact the efficacy of the product at all, you’ll just have to deal with a strong / loud ‘chemical smell’ that will dissipate after 1-2 hours.
